Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting additional services to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offer information, solutions, and advise customers regarding the company's services via phone, email, and chat
  • Identify opportunities to promote additional services to customers
  • Complete registrations of new product purchases
  • Promote new launched products and contribute to a positive customer experience
Requirements
  • Native level of German and good level of English
  • Passionate about the travel and tourism industry (studies or experience a plus)
  • Professional attitude and strong customer service skills
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Will to learn, develop, and acquire new skills
  • Dynamic and self-motivated
  • Open-minded, team player, and willing to work in an international environment
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary package of 14 months x 1000€ gross per month + up to 100€ per month performance bonus + meal vouchers of 7.23€ per workday + reimbursement of some transportation costs + Private Health Insurance and dental plan (after six months)
  • If living outside Portugal: reimbursement of initial flight ticket (up to 400€) after six months within the company + 12 months of accommodation provided by the company
