We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Director to join our team at THE FORCE. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
About the Role:
As a Customer Service Director, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, handling their queries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and empathy. You will work closely with our sales team to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Order Processing: Efficiently process client orders, including tracking and verifying delivery information.
- Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve client complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, orders, and shipments.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales team to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to drive revenue.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A commercial training or equivalent qualification in wholesale and foreign trade, business studies with a focus on transport & logistics, or related field.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve problems efficiently.
- Team Player: Experience working collaboratively as part of a team, with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
What We Offer:
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive:
