Our ideal candidate will support the configuration, customization and use of functionalities such as unified profile creation, customer segmentation and behaviour analysis. They will use advanced analysis tools to extract valuable insights into customer behavior, predict trends and identify opportunities based on large volumes of data on the platform. Additionally, they will support customer segmentation, using Customer Insights' advanced segmentation capabilities to identify and classify customers according to different criteria (demographic, behavioral, transactional, etc.).
Furthermore, they will develop a testing strategy for projects that apply/transfer data to Customer Insights and document them, supporting their hands-on execution.
