As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to German-speaking merchants via various communication channels. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Contact Centre or Customer Service role, be comfortable using technology, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluency in German is also essential.

We offer a comprehensive training program that includes 30 calendar days of onboarding, with a competitive salary of approximately 27,000 EUR per year. Additionally, you will receive a meal allowance of 6 EUR per working day, paid in a meal card, and health insurance coverage.

Relocation assistance is also available, including a room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months, with rent of 280 EUR per month, inclusive of all utility bills. You will also receive reimbursement of airfare at the end of the 6th month of your contract, up to 400 EUR in Economy class.
