Wibit Consulting & Services (WibitCS) is seeking a German-speaking Customer Representative to join their team in Lisbon.

Salary: €35,000 - €45,000 per annum

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Address customer inquiries via multiple channels, including chat, email, and phone, related to products (sports, casino, poker) and cashier operations
  • Evaluate specific concerns and implement measures to fulfill customer requirements
  • Collaborate with teams across locations with aligned goals
  • Report system irregularities and customer-facing issues to the appropriate department
  • Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and commitment to high-quality service delivery
Requirements
  • Flexibility to work in shifts
  • German language proficiency C1 level or higher
  • English language skills at a business standard
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as high interpersonal skill levels
  • Calm demeanor and ability to work under pressure while confidently answering a wide range of customer inquiries
  • Ability to perform well in a multi-tasking, culturally diverse, and dynamic environment
  • A flexible, creative, and driven personality
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet)
  • Interest in Sports, Casino, and Poker products is beneficial, with relevant training provided
  • Shift rotation 24/7, with a 40-hour workweek
