Strategic Business Development Officer

Sword Health, Inc is a pioneering healthcare technology company on a mission to revolutionize the way pain is managed. With a strong focus on innovation and a commitment to making a meaningful impact, we're seeking a highly skilled Chief of Staff to support our Chief Business Development Officer.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify strategic business development opportunities;
- Develop and refine business development materials and presentations to effectively communicate our value proposition;
- Participate in external meetings and coordinate follow-up actions to drive business development efforts forward;
- Assist in developing, tracking, and improving key performance indicators to ensure project success;
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments and teams to drive business growth;
- Support program management, initiative implementation, and effective communication to inform decision-making processes;
- Analyze and improve current processes to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- 2-3+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, and/or business development in a start-up environment;
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English;
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively;
- Ability to create trusting relationships at all levels of an organization and successfully balance multiple projects simultaneously;
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills to diffuse conflict and collaborate with diverse teams;
- Entrepreneurial spirit, resourcefulness, and persistence through adversity;
- Solid moral compass and integrity.
