">The Role of a On-Trip Support Agent
">As a Roadside Support Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to customers' urgent requests for emergency road service in a contact center environment (calls, chats & emails). You will obtain information regarding the type of service required, troubleshoot when needed, communicate with insurance companies and partners, and activate necessary services to send the right help to customers.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Handle incoming urgent on-trip requests within agreed service levels.
- Actively contribute to a culture where fair treatment of customers is a priority.
- Coordinate towing services in urgent and non-urgent situations when needed.
- Evaluate customers' needs and work proactively to resolve roadside cases.
- Accurately record issues and data into our CRM (Zendesk).
- Respond to customers with empathy and understanding while gathering information and providing solutions.
Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you should have background experience in emergency dispatching, roadside support, and/or high-level customer service type roles. You should understand the sense of urgency as you will be working with customers facing unexpected situations. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who excel in working with customers in potentially high-stress environments and can work through urgent situations with precision and speed.

">Estimated Salary: €28,500 - €35,000 per annum
