**Customer Support Role Overview**

We are seeking a Customer Support Advisor to join our team at Cpm International. This role involves providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

**Key Responsibilities**

  1. Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Assist customers with their queries and resolve issues efficiently.
  3. Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
  4. Follow internal processes and systems to resolve customer issues.
  5. Demonstrate a full understanding of Via and brand values.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluent level of both written and spoken Flemish.
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken English.
  • Experience in the customer service industry, preferably in a Contact Centre environment.
  • Autonomous and fast learner with a proactive attitude.
  • Solution-oriented with the ability to provide the correct and best outcome for the customer.
  • Passionate about giving a great customer experience and having the ability to connect with customers, build rapport, and show empathy.
  • Well-organized with the ability to prioritize workload and work under pressure.
