**Customer Support Role Overview**
We are seeking a Customer Support Advisor to join our team at Cpm International. This role involves providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with their queries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Follow internal processes and systems to resolve customer issues.
- Demonstrate a full understanding of Via and brand values.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluent level of both written and spoken Flemish.
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken English.
- Experience in the customer service industry, preferably in a Contact Centre environment.
- Autonomous and fast learner with a proactive attitude.
- Solution-oriented with the ability to provide the correct and best outcome for the customer.
- Passionate about giving a great customer experience and having the ability to connect with customers, build rapport, and show empathy.
- Well-organized with the ability to prioritize workload and work under pressure.
