About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Support Specialist to join our team at Joyteractive. The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative support to our senior executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and project coordination.

Main Responsibilities:
• Calendar Management: Efficiently manage and coordinate executive schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, drafting and reviewing emails, reports, and presentations with a high degree of professionalism and accuracy.
• Project Management: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring key projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
• Information Management: Organize and maintain files, documents, and records, ensuring easy access and confidentiality. Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making.
• AI and Tech Utilization: Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, automate routine tasks, and generate insights. Ensure executives stay informed on technological advancements relevant to the business.
• Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel, ensuring smooth and efficient trips.
• Event Planning: Coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all details are meticulously handled.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role supporting senior executives.
• Advanced level of English, both written and verbal, as well as Russian.
• Proficient user of Microsoft tools, G-Suite, and other productivity tools. Familiarity with AI tools and ability to create effective prompts is essential.
• Exceptional time management and organizational abilities, with a proven track record of managing complex schedules and priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior executives and stakeholders.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, with an eye for detail and a proactive approach to challenges.
