Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and phone in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to stay up-to-date on the latest features.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide suitable solutions.
In addition, you will help turn both new and existing customers into loyal users.
Requirements- Fluency in French and English (additional languages such as Portuguese, German, or Spanish are a plus).
- At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage several customer conversations simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of sales processes (e.g., lead tracking, reporting).
- Familiarity with email systems and CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) is an advantage.
A salary of $18,000 per year, excluding a monthly bonus of up to 13%, a daily meal voucher, a shift allowance of 15%, and $1,500 annually for transportation, technology, health, or childcare.
