We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. As a representative of our company, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients while working on projects for top-tier brands.

About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing world-class service to clients by addressing their inquiries and concerns;
  • Identifying and resolving issues efficiently;
  • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Recording data accurately in our CRM system;
  • Offering ad-hoc support when needed;
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve project success.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A native level of German and at least a B1 level of English;
  • Knowledge of the value and impact of excellent customer experience;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A drive for excellence and professionalism;
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment;
  • Excitement about intercultural communication and expatriate life;
  • A valid Portuguese work permit (required).
