About the JobThis is a full-time position with a 6-month temporary contract, offering a competitive salary of €12,456 per year (€890 gross per month) + performance-related bonus up to €1,200 annually + meal voucher of €7.23 per working day.
The schedule is flexible, with rotative shifts from Monday to Sunday between 8AM and 9PM.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a native French speaker with a good command of English (B2 minimum) to provide excellent customer service experience on behalf of our clients in the Travel and Tourism Industry. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to inbound requests via social media, chats, emails, and calls
- Query Types: Subscription, invoicing, tech troubleshooting
- Keeping records of customer interactions or transactions
- Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction by responding in an appropriate and friendly manner
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A native level of French (this is a must) + a good level of English (B2 minimum)
- No troubles with writing in French
- Motivation and commitment to your work
- A team player attitude and willingness to work with many other nationalities
- Previous experience in Customer Service is a plus
