Customer Service Team Leader Position

As a key member of our OVHcloud team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our Customer Service Team by leading and supporting your team in its day-to-day activities, both in local physical presence and remote. Your main responsibilities will include maintaining the expected level of service and customer satisfaction, in line with defined SLA-SLO objectives. Additionally, you will define team objectives, monitor individual and collective performances, and determine action plans.
Your future impact:
In 6 months, you will actively participate in company projects and be a driving force behind continuous improvement. You will also participate in the improvement of internal tools. In 1 year, you will define and manage various projects designed to improve service within support.
Skills required:
Your mindset should be customer-oriented, and you should be able to empathize and listen to customer needs. You should have problem-solving skills and be a strong team player, able to collaborate effectively with internal teams. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential to effectively engage with customers and internal teams. Fluency in English/ Spanish is required, and fluency in French is a plus. Experience with our internal CRM "Service now" is also a plus.
