About the Role
At TD SYNNEX, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Team Leader to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives to achieve high service standards and cultural alignment with local Portuguese values.
- Manage a portfolio of assigned top clients, including key retail accounts, ensuring daily operational support and handling complex issues.
- Collaborate with internal departments and local organization to improve service processes and procedures.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of relevant customer service experience, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to create and present data-driven insights.
- Proficiency in Portuguese is required, with English and Spanish skills preferred.
