Customer Service Advisor

Join Toptalent, a dynamic and creative team, as a Customer Service Advisor. This role involves providing exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking customers through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer customer support via phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Support merchants with product and service inquiries.
  • Optimize customer-facing processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Marketing.

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent Italian (C2 level) and English (B2 level).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations.
  • Previous contact center or customer service experience.
  • Enthusiasm for technology and customer-centric approach.
