We are seeking a highly skilled Travel and Expense Analyst to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our Travel and Expense team, you will be responsible for performing audits on travel and non-travel related expenses, ensuring compliance with local tax laws and company directives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough audits of travel and non-travel related expenses to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Verify that all reimbursement requests are supported by proper documentation, such as invoices and receipts.
- Perform second-level analysis for Internal Control, considering local laws and Airbus regulations.
- Ensure adherence to Airbus policies, guidelines, and country-specific tax regulations.
- Administer the corporate credit card program, managing applications, usage, and cancellations.
Requirements:
- Fluent English and French language skills.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Attention to detail, resistance to stress, and an easy-going personality.
- Ability to communicate effectively with end-users, peers, and management.
- Strong knowledge of standard office software, including Google Workplace.
- Good awareness of potential compliance risks and commitment to act with integrity.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP experience.
- Experience in a customer interface role.
- Autonomy, proactiveness, and capacity to take initiatives.
- Strong commitment to learn, develop, and grow within the company.
