Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert advice and consultation to small and medium-sized companies to help them grow their businesses via email, phone, and chat support.• Acquire new advertisers within medium and small-sized companies.• Support and extend self-services for clients.• Provide pre- and after-sales support for all self-services.• Identify trends and give feedback from customers to engineering.
Requirements:
• Native level of Hebrew and fluent level of English (at least B2-C1).• Sales attitude or previous experience in Sales.• Very good communication skills.• Interest in the social media field.• Motivated, reliable, and committed in work.• Drive for excellence and professionalism.
