Unit4 Nv is seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Specialist to join our team. As an HR Operations Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional employee experience through efficient management of employee lifecycle processes.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a fast-paced, high-growth company that values people-centricity and sustainability. You will be responsible for managing competing priorities, meeting KPIs, SLAs, and stakeholder needs while ensuring accurate people data and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employment documentation, contract management, time and attendance management, benefits, and offboarding.
* Coordinate with People Experience Consultants and stakeholders to solve complex requests and deliver great employee experience.
* Provide assistance and guidance to employees and managers on policies, processes, systems, and tools, ensuring high levels of service, accuracy, and timeliness.
* Prepare reports and analytics to assist the business in making people data-driven decisions.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
* 0-2 years of experience in HR or an administrative role, preferably with knowledge of MS Office and ERP or HCM systems.
* Strong communication skills in English and German, with a customer-centric mindset and attention to detail.
* Ability to process high volumes of work at an exceptional standard, with a passion for efficiency and simplification.
