Italian Customer Support Specialist with Relocation Opportunities

Job Summary
">We are seeking an Italian customer support specialist to join our Cross Border Talents team in Lisbon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
About the Role
- Support customers with product details, order-related questions, and troubleshooting technical issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Maintain customer satisfaction through personalized assistance
- Record and manage customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
Requirements
- Native or fluent in Italian (C2 level)
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
- No previous experience required – perfect for entry-level candidates
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Availability to work on-site in Lisbon

Work Schedule
