The Role

We are seeking an ambitious and creative Enterprise Sales Development Manager to join our global team in the UK market. This role will be responsible for driving the growth of our subscription business from individual subscriptions to enterprise subscriptions across the UK and Europe.

As an Enterprise Sales Development Manager, you will be part of a company that has strong financial backing, while giving you the power to truly make a difference. You will be working in close partnership with the Group Marketing Director and Head of Customer Services to establish best-in-class sales and client engagement practices.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering significant uplift in our individual and enterprise subscriptions through up-sell and new business">
  • Retaining our existing client subscription base at a ratio > 80%">
  • Protecting our copyright and monetizing opportunities highlighted through client infringement">
  • Establishing best-in-class sales and client engagement practices">
  • Transitioning our subscription business from individual subscriptions to enterprise subscriptions">
  • Driving increased penetration and engagement across our existing client base">
  • Building close partnerships with the enterprise customers">

Requirements

To succeed as an Enterprise Sales Development Manager, you will need to have:

A track record of exceeding targets, delivering creative and valuable solutions to clients, and developing high-performing teams.

Previous experience in media sales is essential, as we are looking for individuals who can accelerate the growth of our brands and customer base.

You must be able to build strategic relationships with your client base, motivate others around you, and communicate effectively with executive-level clients.
