About This RoleThis position demands a high level of expertise in Salesforce administration, including configuration, development, and troubleshooting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver custom solutions, manage system maintenance, and ensure seamless user experiences.
Main Job Responsibilities- Configure and optimize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.
- Perform regular system maintenance, including user management and security settings.
- Implement and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, and validation rules.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver enhancements.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Experience in Salesforce administration and development.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration tools and security settings.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
