Take your career to the next level by working with top global brands in customer support. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for communicating with customers via phone, chat, and email, ensuring quick resolution of cases while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with partners to develop and sustain strong, professional relationships, showcasing empathy and excellent communication skills. To succeed in this role, you must be fluent in Norwegian and have proficient English communication skills.

We offer comprehensive relocation support to Portugal, including flight, hotel stay, and assistance with finding housing—all at no cost to you. Additionally, you will receive a competitive monthly salary plus two additional salaries per year, as well as health benefits and various other discounts.

Estimated Salary: €4,500 - €6,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email

  • Develop and sustain strong, professional relationships with partners
  • Work towards achieving targets set by both the client and the company

Requirements:
