The Job
We're looking for a skilled Senior Partnership Success Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with established partners, acting as their primary point of contact and advisor, ensuring continuous growth and satisfaction in each partnership.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of high-value partnerships, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction with Powerdot's solutions.
- Establish and maintain open, productive communication channels with each partner to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular client meetings to present performance metrics, uncover new opportunities, and discuss growth strategies.
- Oversee the performance of partner-owned EV charging stations, identifying optimization opportunities to drive revenue and operational improvements.
- Work closely with internal teams to streamline processes, automate tasks, and optimize workflows for better partner outcomes.
- Actively seek new avenues for partnership growth, expanding Powerdot's presence in the market and driving strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in partnership management, account management, business development, or a related role with a proven track record of success.
- High level of initiative and problem-solving skills, with an entrepreneurial approach to tackling challenges and driving results.
- Strong commercial insight and business development capabilities, with a knack for identifying new opportunities and closing deals.
- Proficiency in both Portuguese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to deliver compelling presentations and communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Strong interest in electric mobility and sustainable initiatives, aligned with Powerdot's mission.
