About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-obsessed Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Flutter Entertainment Plc. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with customers via messaging services and ticketing systems to resolve queries and provide accurate information.
  • Stay up-to-date with PokerStars guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure seamless support delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve targets and grow our brands.
  • Participate in projects and task groups to deepen your understanding of the business.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
  • Customer-obsessed with a passion for delivering exceptional support.
  • Ability to multitask, think quickly, and make solid decisions.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and challenging situations.
