About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead the establishment and growth of strategic payment partnerships. This role involves identifying, approaching, and onboarding new payment partners, including acquirers, issuers, and other fintech service providers.
Main Responsibilities- Negotiate partnership terms and secure agreements that align with the company's objectives.
- Ensure all partnerships are structured to deliver maximum value for both parties.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in the payment ecosystem.
- Develop and implement strategies to establish the company as a leader in payment partnerships and drive business profitability.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to identify new partnership opportunities and enhance brand presence.
- 2+ years of experience in business development, with a focus on partnerships in the payments or fintech sector.
- Proven track record of identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships.
- Strong understanding of payment systems, including acquiring, issuing, and payment processing.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and craft actionable strategies.
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, the company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
