Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement yearly account plans and quarterly business reviews to achieve shared goals with assigned Carrier partners.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to identify gaps, opportunities, and assess progress.
  • Analyse business results and trends, providing insightful recommendations to Apple leadership.
  • Work with internal and external partners to drive demand-generation activities and improve the physical and digital customer experience.
  • Identify sales opportunities and drive mobile business transformation by delivering iOS messaging to customers.
  • Represent Carrier key partners' needs within Apple, identifying challenges and opportunities.
  • Track issues or concerns and ensure they are addressed.
  • Train Partner sales teams on Apple solutions to deliver a premium customer experience.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in channel account management, preferably in the carrier channel, building sustainable relationships.
  • Influential relationship-building skills with carrier partners at various executive levels.
  • Able to define and communicate the Apple proposition persuasively.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and an agile mind to deliver results.
  • Keen analytical ability to convert data into business intelligence.
  • Fluent in English.
