Are you looking to develop your skills in the HR field within a global team?

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Trainee to join our international team in Europe.

The successful candidate will support the leadership team and play an active role in enhancing the Talent Acquisition People Services support across our European locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the leadership team with the organization of general inquiries and prepare information from stakeholders for further processing.
  • Assist in distributing daily tasks and manage the functional mailbox of the teams.
  • Support projects within Talent Attraction Services and monitor the backlog to identify action measures.
  • Prepare monthly numbers and KPIs and present them to the team leads.
  • Prepare onboarding and offboarding of new colleagues.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a similar field.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
  • Affinity towards HR tools and previous experience in the HR field would be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
  • B1 level of German.
