Job DescriptionAs an IT Support Specialist, you will be our company's face and provide service desk support to all Talkdesk employees. Your primary responsibility will be to promptly address and resolve various technical issues related to software and hardware.
Your key responsibilities include documenting support interactions, logging incidents in ticketing systems, and contributing to developing a knowledge base to ensure a smooth IT onboarding and offboarding experience.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to end-users, addressing their needs with patience and professionalism;
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently;
- Document support interactions and contribute to the development of a comprehensive knowledge base;
- Collaborate with various IT teams to deliver remote support services to a diverse workforce spanning multiple countries;
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A strong foundation in macOS and Windows deployment and support;
- Familiarity with SaaS applications support using Google Workspace, MDM tools, Okta, and other proficiency tools;
- The ability to work effectively in a distributed Service Desk team environment;
- Proficiency in English (B2 level minimum);
- A focus on continuous learning and professional growth;
This role offers:
- An estimated salary range of €40,000 - €55,000 per year, depending on experience;
