We are seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to join our Ambis team in the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS sales and proven experience in leading high-performing teams.

Job Description:

The Business Development Lead will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth in the EMEA market. This includes identifying new opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiating deals.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth in the EMEA market
  • Identify new opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers
  • Negotiate deals and close business transactions
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Analyze results and provide insights to improve business performance
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
