About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Lead to join our expanding team at Wibit Consulting & Services (Wibitcs). This role offers the chance to build and nurture high-value relationships within high-risk industries like gaming and crypto, driving business growth through dynamic sales strategies and impactful networking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement powerful sales strategies to acquire high-risk clients within gaming and related industries.
- Build and manage long-term partnerships with decision-makers, ensuring top-tier service and value.
- Represent the brand at global events to expand business opportunities and increase brand visibility.
- Oversee every stage of the sales process, from lead generation and qualification to deal closure and client onboarding.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth, effective service delivery tailored to high-risk clients' needs.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written and oral).
- Minimum of 3 years in sales/business development within high-risk fields such as gaming, betting, or crypto.
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets and manage complex, high-stakes client relationships.
- Understanding of payment processing and blockchain technology, especially in high-risk sectors.
- Strong negotiation and networking abilities, with self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel globally for client engagements and industry events.
