Product Leader - Monetisation & Growth

At OLX, we're looking for a seasoned product leader to drive the growth and revenue of our Listers' monetisation pillar. As Head of Product - Lister Monetisation & Growth, you'll lead the product strategy, operations, and execution of this critical business area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop the product vision, strategies, and operating plans for the Lister Monetisation & Growth pillar in collaboration with the Director of Product.
  • Define the business domain and product vision, ensuring alignment with company and department strategies.
  • Project manage group-wide product initiatives, working closely with Principal and Staff Engineers.
  • Support the implementation and improvement of company programs, procedures, and practices.
  • Partner with regional stakeholders to set the long-term product vision for the pillar in OLX Core Experience.
  • Shape and deliver the pillars' product proposition from concept to phasing out of functionality and product(s).
  • Develop go-to-market plans, working in alignment with commercial teams to implement them.
  • Analyze, identify, and quantify opportunities for new product features and new products.
  • Listen to and work back from customers, defining success metrics and driving improvements.
  • Continually monitor competitor and industry development.
  • Coach and develop the Product Management Team, ensuring focus on product excellence, quality, and speed to market.
  • Monitor operational statistics, report trends, variances, and issues, and remove roadblocks and obstacles.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in a Product Management role or related position in a high-traffic consumer internet or e-commerce company.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver technology products in a growth environment with shifting priorities, high comfort with ambiguity, and frequent change.
  • Experience in data-driven product development, applying A/B testing, user research, user testing, data analysis, competitor, and market analysis in decision-making.
  • Proven product sense and judgment when working with product designers, partnering with functional leadership to influence change.
  • Previous experience in leading a team of product managers.
