About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Agent to join our team at Dyson. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in the UK and Irish markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide sales and aftersales service to Dyson Professional owners and customers through inbound and outbound calls and written channels.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth, achieve sales targets, and contribute to the overall success of the company.
  • Analyse customer issues and work towards providing appropriate solutions, coordinating with relevant departments or teams as necessary.
  • Implement and carry out marketing or sales campaigns, including prospecting to identify potential leads and sales prospects.
Requirements
  • C2 level of both spoken and written English.
  • Proven sales experience ideally within a B2B environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce software to manage customer information and queries.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends, with the ability to adapt and position our offerings accordingly.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and leverage internal resources effectively.
What We Offer
  • Starting salary: 21,000€ gross per year + performance bonus.
