Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an ITIL4 transition strategy, including comprehensive training and communication plans for seamless adoption.">
  • Analyze and standardize IT service processes across regions using advanced BPM tools.">
  • Collaborate with global IT teams to align and standardize practices, emphasizing compliance and auditing.">
  • Monitor process improvement initiatives and leverage process simulation tools to forecast outcomes and adjust strategies as needed.">
  • Identify and lead process improvement projects to enhance service quality and efficiency, ensuring compliance with auditing standards.">
  • Optimize processes with lean and agile methodologies to reduce cycle times and improve agility.">
  • Drive continuous improvement by maintaining ITSM processes at the forefront of industry standards.">
  • Ensure stakeholder engagement and effective change management for ITSM process changes.">

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with ITIL4 certification highly preferred. They will also demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and project management abilities, and proficiency in BPM tools, process modeling, and simulation.

Estimated Salary Range

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
