International Business Development Director

Parfois is a dynamic and fast-growing company seeking an International Area Manager to lead our business operations in Mexico. This role will be responsible for ensuring the profitability of our partners, implementing action plans, and developing strategies to improve product offerings and sales.
SalaryWe offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionThe International Area Manager will work closely with our Store teams, training them in Operations, Visual Merchandising, and Customer Service. You will monitor and advise our Franchisees' local team, assuming responsibilities related to recruitment, performance evaluation, and training.
- Monitor the annual budget and business plan of each Partner, ensuring profitability;
- Ensure that the action plans developed with the different areas of Headquarters are properly implemented in the Stores;
- Define and implement different strategies and actions that make it possible to improve the product and adapt the collection to the market in order to boost sales and an efficient stock rotation;
- Work closely with the Store teams and train them in the areas of Operations, Visual Merchandising and Customer Service;
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in similar roles;
- Native Spanish speaker;
- Fluency in English is mandatory;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Availability for international travel;
- Availability to live in Mexico;
