Your Role at SIXT
You will support the development and implementation of retail segment revenue and profitability tracking and evaluation processes. This includes analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and providing recommendations for improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a tracking system for offline brand marketing spend
- Support weekly short-term revenue forecasting and steering process
- Deliver transparency of underlying drivers behind retail revenue and profitability
- Make clear recommendations for measures to drive improvement where necessary
Requirements
We are looking for a qualified Senior Retail Business Controller (m/f/d) with several years of experience in controlling, marketing, or eCommerce. You should have a strong analytical mindset, be results-oriented, flexible, and resilient, and possess excellent communication skills.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes 28 days of vacation, an additional day off for your birthday, and 1 volunteer day per year. We also offer a hybrid working model, flexible working hours, and no dress code.
