Rydoo is on a mission to revolutionize the way businesses manage expenses, and we need your expertise to get there As a Marketing Operations Manager, you'll play a critical role in optimizing our lead generation, enrichment, routing, and reporting processes to drive revenue growth.

The Challenge:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing automation strategy to support both inbound and outbound lead flows.
  • Leverage HubSpot, Salesforce, and other key tools to improve lead routing, conversion, and customer engagement.
  • Analyze and optimize funnel performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.

Your Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing operations, sales operations, or revenue operations.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation (HubSpot, Salesforce), lead management tools (Qualified, Apollo), and AI-powered automation (Clay, Copy.ai).
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and drive actionable insights.
