About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Support Specialist to join our team at Blu Selection. As a Sales and Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the B2B sector, while also driving sales and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries regarding Microsoft products and services via phone and email.
- Provide product information, pricing, and discounts to clients.
- Support clients in finding client-oriented solutions for their needs.
- Continuously contact existing customers for optimization and updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
- Native-level French and good command of English.
- Experience in sales or sales-oriented background.
- Good negotiation skills or willingness to acquire them.
- Ability to work precisely with administrative tasks.
- Technical interest and motivation to learn.
