You'll be responsible for setting up, launching, and maintaining email, push notifications, in-app messages, and website notifications, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery of campaigns. You'll also assist in campaign analytics, segmentation, A/B testing, and reporting, helping to improve engagement and retention.
This is a pre-mid-level marketing position, and we're open to candidates with minimal experience who are eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and execute email, push notifications, in-app messages, and on-site notifications.
- Work with marketing automation platforms (Customer.io, SendGrid, Mailchimp, Stripo, etc.) to build and schedule campaigns.
- Create and edit email templates, ensuring proper formatting, responsiveness, and personalization.
- Support user segmentation and audience targeting for various campaigns.
- Run A/B tests and analyze performance to optimize engagement.
- Track campaign metrics (CTR, Open Rate, Conversion Rate, etc.) and generate reports for the Retention Manager.
- Help monitor and improve user engagement and retention strategies.
- 1+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or digital marketing.
- Basic knowledge of email marketing, push notifications, and marketing automation tools.
- Understanding segmentation, personalization, and user engagement strategies is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to execute multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with a desire to learn performance tracking and reporting.
- Basic HTML/CSS skills for email template editing (preferred but not required).
- English proficiency at B1+ level for communication and content creation.
