Job OverviewThis role involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs and requirements. As a Business Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that meet our client's objectives.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure excellent service delivery and continuous improvement;
- Provide consultative advice to clients on talent acquisition strategies and solutions;
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services;
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service delivery;
- Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and growth initiatives.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues;
- Hold a degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, human resources, marketing);
- Demonstrate expertise in recruitment processes and practices;
- Showcase ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities;
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A competitive salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience;
