Customer Success Role Overview

Job Description

Serve como o ponto de contacto primário para clientes asignados, construindo relações fortes e entendendo as necessidades e objetivos únicos de cada negócio.

Collabora estreitamente com equipas transfuncionais, incluindo Vendas, Produto, Entrega e Suporte, para garantir a implementação sem falhas, início de sessão e suporte contínuo para os clientes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identificar oportunidades de expansão, vendas adicionais e cross-vendas de produtos e serviços para impulsionar o crescimento de receita;
  • Desenvolver e executar planos de sucesso completos adaptados a cada cliente, incluindo objetivos, marcos e estratégias para alcançar resultados desejados;
  • Monstrar o uso e desempenho dos clientes, analisar dados para identificar tendências e áreas de melhoria, e fornecer insights acionáveis para otimizar a experiência dos clientes;
  • Integrar-se como um conselheiro confiável para os clientes, oferecendo orientação, melhores práticas e recomendações estratégicas para maximizar o valor que os clientes obtêm das nossas soluções de IA;
  • Levar a cabo reuniões regulares de verificação, revisões de negócios e sessões de treino com os clientes para garantir a alinhamento, abordar preocupações e impulsionar a adesão e a satisfação;
  • Defender os interesses dos clientes dentro da organização, promovendo as suas necessidades e feedback para impulsionar melhorias nos produtos e serviços.

Requirements:
  • Formação em Gestão, Marketing, Comunicações, Ciências da Computação ou áreas relacionadas;
  • Mais de 3 anos de experiência em funções de cliente, com enfoque em sucesso do cliente, gestão de contas ou consultoria (requisito obrigatório);
  • Conhecimento de automação de apoyo ao cliente, tecnologias de IA e melhores práticas de suporte ao cliente (muito desejável);
  • Português e Inglês;
  • Espanhol será um plus;
  • Conhecimento de BPO será um plus;
  • Entendimento dos princípios e práticas de gestão de relações com clientes, com experiência em gestão e manutenção de clientes a nível de empresa;
  • Habilidades de comunicação excelentes, com capacidade de articular ideias complexas de forma clara e concisa e de construir relações com stakeholders em todos os níveis da organização;
  • Mindset analítico com competências em análise de dados, relatórios e interpretação de métricas para impulsionar decisões estratégicas e otimizar resultados dos clientes;
  • A capacidade de navegar estruturas organizacionais complexas, influenciar stakeholders-chave e impulsionar consenso em múltiplas equipas;
  • Indivíduo motivado, orientado para resultados, com paixão por entregar experiências de cliente excepcionais e superar as expectativas dos clientes.
