Dedicated Nikon Customer Support Specialist in Lisbon

We are seeking a talented and fluent Danish speaker to join our customer support team at Nikon as a Dedicated Customer Support Specialist in Lisbon.
About the Role:
As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone and email, ensuring that customers receive prompt and accurate solutions to their queries.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services in a courteous and professional manner.
- Offer solutions to customers' demands by identifying and troubleshooting with available resources.
- Maintain high-quality relationships with customers through attentive listening and excellent communication skills.
- Meet and exceed service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets.
- Create memorable experiences for customers and contribute to the company's growth.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Native or proficient level of Danish (C2) and advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written.
- Strong communication skills, with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening, and superior writing skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- A desire to learn and advance, with a curious investigator and problem-solver mindset.
- High-speed internet access and suitable conditions for remote work.
- EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal.
