Your role as a Customer Service Representative will be pivotal in ensuring exceptional customer experiences across various touchpoints. Key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat to provide timely advice, troubleshooting, and sales support.
  • Identifying, responding to, and resolving customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Delivering professional customer service solutions through multiple channels.
  • Troubleshooting malfunctions in digital services and correcting data issues such as GPS location, driver information, scheduled maintenance, and fuel consumption.
  • Maintaining high client satisfaction levels and ensuring quality standards are met.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Native fluency in German with excellent English communication skills.
