Job Description Opportunity

At Damco Spain Sl, we are pioneers in logistics, embarking on a bold new direction to become a truly end-to-end logistics service provider. We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team and empower them to find new ways to simplify logistics and make it customer-friendly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and monitor the end-to-end shipment process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including shippers, customers, and key account managers, to resolve queries and provide effective business solutions.
  • Orchestrate the overall flow of an end-to-end shipment, maintaining a customer-centric approach and preventing errors.
  • Prepare and submit all documents in a timely and accurate manner, keeping internal and external stakeholders informed of the status.
  • Identify deviations in process and share them proactively with the customer and reporting head.
  • Respond to all enquiries in a timely and accurate manner, escalating difficulties as defined in SOPs/IOPs.
Requirements
  • Solid experience with logistics/supply chain and related areas.
  • Good knowledge of and experience with Logistics companies and Supply Chain Management operations, from both origin and destination.
  • Fluency in English and French is mandatory, with Spanish being a desirable additional language.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate confidently with stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder management skills and relationship building.
  • Passion to drive closures and high-level customer service orientation.
  • Result orientation and well-organized when working under pressure.
  • Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
