**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

* Design and execute innovative sales strategies to identify opportunities, penetrate new markets, and expand our European client base, focusing on Germany and beyond.

* Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills, optimize performance, and drive consistent results.

* Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.

* Work closely with cross-functional teams to refine sales processes, align with company objectives, and ensure seamless collaboration between departments.

**Requirements**

* A bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

* 3-5 years of sales experience in VAT services or a related industry, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding ambitious targets.

* Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and influence team members and clients.

* Experience selling within or knowledge of e-commerce and international tax compliance is highly advantageous.

* Fluency in English. Additional European languages (e.g., German) are a strong plus.

**Salary and Benefits**

The estimated annual salary for this role is around €80,000, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect a competitive commission structure and remote working options with some office visits required.
