Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative for Fashion Retail, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary goal will be to ensure timely and efficient responses to customer inquiries, while maintaining a high level of service quality.

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with phone and written support regarding service-related questions and concerns
Maintain excellent quality and efficiency to achieve team targets
Identify and process potential fraudulent orders
Provide information on shipping and delivery
Advise customers on a high level, offering updated help guides and meeting individual needs

Requirements
Native written and verbal communication skills in German
Good level of English, written and spoken
Social media responsiveness, including tracking and responding to customer comments
Ability to ensure positive message delivery to customers
Ability to create upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Ability to manage multiple emails efficiently
Problem-solving skills
Good argumentation skills
