Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Fashion Customer Service Expert to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service via various communication channels, resolving customer complaints, and collaborating with colleagues to improve our service strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service via email, social media, WhatsApp, and chat to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, products, and general customer support in a timely and effective manner.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and trust.
- Collaborate with other team members to share customer feedback and improve our service and strategies for the future.
We are looking for a candidate who is fluent in English, both written and spoken. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and understanding customer needs is essential. Strong communication skills, the ability to think on your feet, and provide creative solutions to customer issues are also crucial.
