Quality Assurance Analyst with Japanese Language Skills

In a collaboration between Wibit Consulting & Services (WibitCS) and a renowned tech BPO company, we are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our contact center teams in Lisbon, Portugal.
The primary objective of this role is to serve as an expert in quality standards, ensuring adherence and consistency across all tasks. This involves assessing diverse content types such as audio, video, text, and photos, assigning ratings based on predetermined options, and providing thorough written explanations to support these ratings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the go-to person for quality guidelines and ensure their consistent application across all tasks.
- Review and rate various content types in line with task guidelines, leveraging your analytical approach and attention to detail.
- Provide detailed, written justifications to support your ratings, enhancing overall rater quality and contributing to continuous improvement.
- Participate in calibration sessions with the team and stakeholders, following the direction of the team lead, and engage in peer audits to maintain high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices, driving continuous improvement and refining the quality of assessments over time.
- Manage multiple assignments independently, balancing various tasks with minimal guidance and meeting or exceeding client expectations.
Requirements:
- Native fluency in Japanese (both verbal and written) and proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
- Able to take on a job in Portugal without any legal support (EU citizenship or residence card in Portugal).
- University degree is not required but would be an advantage; however, strong logical reasoning and sound decision-making abilities are essential.
- Computer literate with comfort using G Suite, particularly Google Sheets, and highly detail-oriented with a rigorous analytical approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present reasoning in a clear, concise, and logical manner.
- Flexible work schedule: shift rotation, Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with 40 hours of work per week and 2 days off.
