Sales Growth Ambassador with French Expertise

At Zendesk, we're looking for exceptional sales talent to drive new business for our sales organization across EMEA. As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be a key team member, driving new business and delivering on the strategy for your region.
You'll manage a high volume of hot inbound leads in our CRM, aiming to qualify high-value opportunities for Account Executives. Excellent communication skills are necessary to upsell and cross-sell before passing opportunities to AEs. Creativity and a willingness to find new ways to work will flourish in a Zen environment.
Key responsibilities include overachieving on targets and metrics, being the face of the brand with a focus on building an outstanding customer experience, and learning everything possible to pave the way for your Sales career trajectory. A multicultural team environment serving markets in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa is also a key aspect of this role.
Requirements for this position include fluency in French, proficient English, and a passion for consultative sales. Experience in sales is a bonus but not essential if you have a Bachelor's or Master's degree. Business experience, particularly in SaaS sales, and examples of being customer-centric and curious are also valued.
The ideal candidate will have a "Can Do"/"Winner" attitude, with a hunger and self-starter commitment to overachieve and succeed. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary, as is the ability to work in a hybrid model on a weekly basis between the Lisbon office and remotely.
