Tourism Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Tourism Customer Support Advisor. Key responsibilities include:
- Handling all incoming customer requests by phone, email, and chat, in line with service standards and procedures.
- Providing specialist support and after-sales service, including booking changes, purchasing additional services, and special requests.
- Offering relevant information to customers to improve customer service and loyalty.
- Assisting customers with their online bookings and other web enquiries.
- Informing customers about web features and content.
- Providing internal support and training to new staff when required.
- Participating in specific operational projects as needed.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in Spanish and English (C1).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.
- Experience in the travel industry, either in retail operations or in air tours/bookings, is a plus.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
- Flexibility to work under pressure and adapt to changing business needs.
- Ability to think creatively and be open to new challenges.
- Schedule flexibility, including the ability to attend supplier training and/or education events.
