Main Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Tourism Customer Support Advisor. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Handling all incoming customer requests by phone, email, and chat, in line with service standards and procedures.
  2. Providing specialist support and after-sales service, including booking changes, purchasing additional services, and special requests.
  3. Offering relevant information to customers to improve customer service and loyalty.
  4. Assisting customers with their online bookings and other web enquiries.
  5. Informing customers about web features and content.
  6. Providing internal support and training to new staff when required.
  7. Participating in specific operational projects as needed.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (C1).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.
  • Experience in the travel industry, either in retail operations or in air tours/bookings, is a plus.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
  • Flexibility to work under pressure and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Ability to think creatively and be open to new challenges.
  • Schedule flexibility, including the ability to attend supplier training and/or education events.
