Job Description:

A key position for a Global Sales Director - Client Partnership at Ttec in Sofia, Bulgaria. This role focuses on driving sales and managing day-to-day program operations while developing positive relationships with key client contacts.

The Role:
  • Drive sales through both written and verbal communication
  • Manage day-to-day program operations
  • Develop and maintain a positive relationship with key client contacts
Key Performance Objectives:
  1. Ensure 100% delivery of all SOW requirements and goals for Ttec and achievement of client revenue targets
  2. Manage day-to-day operations and deliverables
  3. Improve the key success metrics associated with goals
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth sales and marketing within a call centre
  • Strong knowledge and competence in Salesforce, Power BI or other leading CRM/Analytics tool
  • Ability to lead and partner successfully with teams, management, and clients
